We are currently recruiting for a talented Tender Account manager fluent in English, Dutch and/or French based in our Zaventem Office. As a Tender Account Manager, you will facilitate a smooth business operation and allow the divisions to grow their business in Belgium. In this great opportunity you will be the commercial center point in the organization, for the overall tender coordination and contract management.

  • You will together with our Commercial teams, identify business opportunities.
  • You will interact with key hospital stakeholders.
  • You as a Tender Account Manager will be the talent to bring the commercial department of Belgium to the next level of professionalism.
  • The Tender Account manager focuses 60% on Tenders, 20% on Account Management and 20% on Contracting.

What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for the overall tender and contract management for our Belgium business.
  • You will anticipate, plan and coordinate tenders and complying with deadlines and ensuring that tender offers are aligned with the divisional goals and strategy.
  • You will constantly seek new opportunities to grow our business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and work to take advantage of those opportunities.
  • You will support our sales and marketing teams with offer proposals and tender and contract preparation.
  • You will liaise with Legal, Sales, Finance and Customers, to ensure effective communication and negotiation of contract terms and conditions, roles and responsibilities of all parties.
  • You will monitor contract performance and customer compliance with contractual requirements

What you need:

  • You are an experienced Account Manager, Sales Representative or Marketer, with a working knowledge of the Belgium Tender process.
  • You have experience in or are attracted to gaining experience in Contract & Account management
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within healthcare or a related industry or a proven track record in tendering and account management.
  • You have passion for and knowledge of the healthcare industry and hospitals
  • A qualification in Education, Business, Marketing or relevant field.
  • You are bilingual in Dutch & English and you have a good level of the French
  • You have a customer friendly behaviour which fitting our Stryker culture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and excellent organizational skills combined with being a team player and able to manage all aspects.
