About the role

As Technical Specialist you will join an international network of designers serving the American, European and South Pacific markets to coordinate, process & deliver individual implants for neuro, oral and maxillofacial surgeons.

This is a flexible role and we are open to both full and part-time applications!

What you will do

  • Partner with designers in the Custom Implant Service Centre to review, coordinate and process incoming medical imaging scans and requests
  • Execute day-to-day management of the customised product (patient specific device) process
  • Review and process CT Scan data and convert those files into 3D bone models used to develop customised implants
  • Review 3D models and implant designs to ensure quality, and upload completed product designs for surgeon review and manufacturing
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high level of system and data accuracy

What you need

  • Strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
  • Basic understanding of the human anatomy highly regarded
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in modeling, segmentation, or medical imaging highly regarded
