Job Description


  • Partner with sales team to foster relationships and grow sales with key accounts
  • Act as a “connector of the business” to maximize cross-divisional selling opportunities across Stryker Neurotechnology divisions
  • Partner with Stryker Healthcare Systems (HCS) to develop sophisticated analytical tools to inform effective business plans and decisions
  • Work with Corporate and National Account teams to design contracts and strategies to protect and grow the IVS business.
  • Work with Sales team to identify/assess business opportunities and to help design program solutions to drive account performance
  • Communicate with Sales leaders (director and regional managers) about progress in focused areas and identified growth opportunities
  • Identify, develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships; ensure key contacts are maintained throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide strategic product trial support with key accounts nationally
  • Continuously assess relevant markets to identify business opportunities, as well as appropriate products and services
  • Participate in key tradeshows and society meetings to enhance the IVS brand and develop customer relationships and loyalty
  • Collaborate with Sales Training/Marketing and participate in the development of Sales personnel
  • Must understand and adhere rigidly to all GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA


  • 4+ years of related sales experience with a demonstrated track record of performance required; marketing experience preferred
  • Must be able to effectively negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and terms between Stryker and its customers
  • Strong ability to influence others without direct authority is required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills at the executive level, internally and externally
  • Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen are required
  • Must have fundamental command of all products and be able to convey this knowledge to both clinical and administrative customers
  • Ability to effectively manage a heavy workload while working remotely


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred


  • Remote - work from home
  • Travel up to 75%


  • Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention ability
