What you will do

In this Staff Quality Engineer position, you will be involved in supporting a fast paced mix of short design change efforts and longer term NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.

You will be responsible for developing qualification plans, protocols, perform product testing and failure analysis, writing reports.

You will also be creating and maintaining risk files and assessing the impact of necessary changes to our products.

You will be responsible for product risk management and adherence to design control requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

You will make regular use of problem solving tools and statistical analysis to perform test method development and validation, design verification, risk assessment and design reviews.

Travel up to 10%



What you need

BA/BS or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline required

4+ years’ experience required

2+ years’ medical device experience preferred

Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated used of problem solving tools/methodologies.

Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement projects and leading teams

Prefer ASQ or other professional certification
