What will you do

Lead and/or support projects to improve key business metric.
Perform independent statistical data analysis as required to support the business
Perform in-depth Root-Cause analysis when required

Monitor key metrics to sustain the benefits of completed projects and maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities
Lead and/or support assigned projects using DMAIC type methodologies

Who we want

B.S in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline

Prefer 5+ years of experience working within an operational process excellence environment

Prefer experience in medical device, life sciences or other highly regulated industrial environment

Demonstrated knowledge of a broad set of improvement and statistical tools/methods used within process excellence activities

Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, oral & written skills

Demonstrated ability to lead or facilitate projects using DMAIC/Lean methodologies from inception through implementation of recommendations and solutions

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
