What you will do

Lead the Manage services team of Solix operation.

•        Manage the planning and prioritization of tasks for team members.

•        Participates in the assessment, planning, testing and data load in Solix platform during the decommissioning project.

•        Participate in capacity and resource design, assessing environmental risks and contingency support.

•        Investigate, implement, and maintain advanced system monitoring tools to ensure the uptime and reliability of all systems under operational span of control.

•        Mentor and train operation teams in the use of IT systems.

•        Act as escalation point in the local time zone.

•        Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of operation processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency.

•        Understand and ensures data privacy lows and ensure adequate adherences.

•        Establish the working model of the data archival and support adhoc request for data extraction through reporting due to organizational requirements.

•        Outline the SOW and KB articles, reviews and approves it. Also ensures proper utilization of same.

•        Participate in future technology road map and retirement of on out dated environments.

•        Collaborate with technical leads, architect development leads to understand upcoming projects, deployment and hyper care.

•        Align resources for various support activity through various phase of project executions.

•        Build and review all technical reports and its impact on the platform for ongoing projects and deliveries. 

What you need

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred. 

  • ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology      
  • knowledgeable with ETL, data conversion, data type mapping, etc.      
  • knowledgeable with Data Modeling and various data store platforms – RDBMS, Mainframe, Flat Files, etc       
  • knowledgeable with Big Data technology       
  • expertise in SDLC – Analysis, Design, Development, and Deployment of reports, forms, queries, etc     
  • knowledgeable with software deployment processes – testing & troubleshooting, training
