Position summary:

This position will be responsible for preparing and management of reimbursement pricing and market access for Stryker products. And she/he develops reimbursement strategies for maximizing value of new product and technology in strong relationship with internal stakeholders, related hospitals and health authorities. Required deep understanding of the full healthcare landscape and changes of healthcare policy and regulation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

  • Responsible for the development, improvement and implementation of reimbursement strategies for new products
  • Develops and implements compelling and differentiated product value propositions across key market segments
  • Support the nHTA process, clinical paper analysis, medical service, and indication guideline
  • Build up professional and trustworthy relationships with government officials on all kinds of market access affairs and reimbursement pricing
  • Monitor to collect local policy information and analysis
  • Understand products, clinical procedures, markets, customers, healthcare policy and procedural rules and regulations related to market access and develop reimbursement pricing strategy
  • Dossier filing and communication with health authority(HIRA reviewer) based on scientific data, strategic analysis and action plan
  • Collaborate with the business team and business development team for developing business strategy as needed
  • Manage pre/intra/post registration works for precise and efficient document control and data management

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Biosciences, Nursing, Statistics,  or equivalent field is proffered
  • 2~3 years of experience in reimbursement pricing, nHTA, health policy, health economics of medical devices or pharmaceutical at multinational company or similar.
  • Closely working and liaisons with government or government related parties
  • Marketing/Sales experience to handle reimbursement pricing issues will be plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency with reading and reviewing of clinical data
