What you will do ​

Great opportunity for someone who possesses an acute sense of urgency, attention to detail, and advanced analytical skills with a customer service orientation.  This role provides a unique opportunity to work cross divisionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders across the various divisions within Stryker while adding value to a growing program for Stryker and support a unique customer.    The Senior Pricing analyst is also the subject matter expert and business process owner around contract pricing and ensuring that we’re not creating price exposure when negotiating and building deals with our ASC customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to add value as a business partner with our HCS sales teams and join a highly collaborative team with a focus on customer solutions, problem solving, data analytics, and most importantly operational efficiency. ​

  • Support for ASC Regional Managers 8:1 ratio of ARMs to Analyst
  • Support with pre-deal analysis – sales history, customer demographic, opportunity
  • Pricing analysis and risk mitigation – GPO, IDN, and Government price exposure
  • Assistance with coordination and communication with reps, RMs, CAMs, NAMs, and SSMs across various business units
  • Support in submitting the deal to Finance for review with iterative pricing and rebate impact analysis
  • Post deal sales analysis and customer performance analytics
  • Customer support – questions regarding contract, pricing, invoicing, price discrepancy review and coordination
  • Contract amendment support with data and pricing coordination
  • Track performance metrics as required and communicate with finance and ASC RMs on a regular basis on performance, deal reconciliation, and address any challenges related to the deals order to cash processes

What you need​

  • Bachelor’s degree required , preferred concentration in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 2 + years of experience required in related areas.  1+ years experience managing processes and projects preferred.
  • Experience with excel and other reporting and viisualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Effective presentation, written, verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings.
  • The understanding of complex business processes.
  • Organization and project management skills.
  • Passion for best-in-class customer service and ability to communicate effectively with our customers both internal and external.
  • Understanding of revenue intelligence and ERP systems to act as the bridge between AR, pricing, and contracts.

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
