The Job’s Mission

The Clinical Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting all Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement. This role within Stryker Russia will focus on supporting our customers to provide a best in class product expertise.

Additional responsibilities also include working with the Business Development Managers to coordinate training and clinical support to ensure exceptional levels of customer care both in congresses/conferences/events and in the hospitals are delivered.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Working closely with Business Development Managers within the defined region, to ensure customer service levels are best in class 
  • Understand the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer our customers the best possible solution
  • Preparation of technical features describing focus products
  • Clinical support for physicians, surgical OR staff, hospital administration & procurement
  • Organizing and conducting training workshops for internal and external needs
  • Product presentations in clinics and for dealers
  • Ensure field staff receive training to ensure effective delivery of key selling messages and use of marketing/promotional aids based on sales briefs as appropriate
  • Preparation and translation of brochures, operative techniques, promotional materials and advertisement materials
  • Product promotion at congresses/conferences/events with exhibition booth activities
  • Close collaboration with dealers’ network on product-related topics
  • RAQA support with technical information about products, registration certificates for dealers
  • Support in planning and executing of professional educational activities – web broadcasting's, local courses and cadaveric laboratories
  • Actively manage loan/demo/flying kit configurations & operations (where applicable)
  • Additional responsibilities as directed by MDM (Market Development Manager)


Medical education preferred


  • Professional experience in Orthopaedics preferred.
  • Operating Room experiences essential.  Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in OR.
  • Commercial acumen essential. Must have awareness of budgetary and cost issues surrounding ORs and surgical procedures.
  • Computer skills, MS Office.
  • Presentation skills with modern presentation media.
  • Workshop/demonstration skills inc. Anatomy and physiology
