What you will do

The Senior Manager, Marketing PLCM will lead strategy, team, and implementation of growth, product lifecycle and development strategies consistent with overall business objectives.  They will also lead and influence portfolio decision-making across Division and GQO Functions and across global markets to develop, recommend and execute marketing strategy. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead team to develop and execute global product lifecycle strategies across the JR product lines, and across Division, GQO Functions and the global markets.
  • Lead team to develop sustainable, cross-functional organizational capability and excellence in new product rollout and legacy product obsolescence planning and execution, globally.
  • Develop analytics and metrics to recommend and influence Marketing and global partners’ decision-making on current and future product portfolio needs.
  • Lead demand forecasting process and execution for new product launch products and legacy product obsolescence.
  • Evaluate trends in local markets, as well as new (but related) markets, to determine technology penetration opportunities and strategies.
  • Collaborate with field sales management and consulting surgeons to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs.
  • Recruit, engage, develop, and direct activities of Marketing staff.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, operations or other relevant field
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant scientific or Health Management field of study preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or other relevant fields, such as sales, manufacturing/operations, logistics and distribution and 3+ years of managerial experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a marketing or commercial function, in or direct exposure to the healthcare provider or medical device industry and experience in direct client management or sales role preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead indirect team
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact both one-on-one and in groups
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to effectively engage internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on multiple, complex projects
