  • Performs critical robotics service operations senior coordinator role as part of centralized Service Operations team for Robotics Customer Care. Responsibilities include order entry, inventory allocation, case scheduling as well as shipment track and trace. Role interacts with multiple groups (both internal & external) to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.
  • Schedule orders that maximize utilization rates and productivity, minimize throughput time, and focus on increasing inventory turns
  • Provide shipment confirmation and follow-up on shipping status of regional and international orders using strong knowledge of carrier order track & trace tools
  • Collaborate with customers, operations, and supply chain management to appropriately manage inventory levels and minimize obsolescence
  • Utilize customer service skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with field-based customers via telephone and e-mail to continuously drive customer satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions
  • Support distribution network strategies that focus on cost reduction
  • Contribute to cost reduction program by making viable business recommendations and process improvement ideas
  • Ensure accuracy, verification and processing of all documentation and system transactions associated with all inventory movements through ERP and scheduling systems
  • Conducts analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations
  • Troubleshoots problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutions
  • Assesses service needs in accordance with customer specifications
  • Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization


  • Must have one of the following: 1) Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business related, and 2+ years of experience in purchasing, planning and/or production scheduling 2) An AA/AS, preferably business related, and 4+ year of experience in purchasing, planning and/or production scheduling 3) High school diploma with 7+ years service operations, materials experience in purchasing, planning and/or production scheduling
  • Computer skills –windows applications including MS Word, Access and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills to work with a diverse range of internal and external parties
  • Excellent logistics, planning, critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Strong results orientation with the ability to make quick, fact driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
