Job Description

The Senior Compliance Analyst will support multiple programs and systems such as the ethics hotline and document control. This professional will be responsible for on-going monitoring and auditing of compliance systems and processes and reporting to compliance leadership with regard to effectiveness. This professional will further make recommendations to compliance leadership, and develop and execute plans to implement recommendations. Responsibility will also include planning and implementing a broad variety of tasks related to the Ethics Hotline:

  • Ensure the requirements of Corporate Policy #10: Ethics Hotline are effectively implemented.
  • Ensure that employees and other identified parties use the Ethics hotline in accordance with the processes and procedures.
  • Manage confidential information associated with the Code of Conduct, Ethics hotline and locally entered matters of potential non-compliance, procedures, rules, regulation and laws, taking into consideration the potential impact of data privacy law and regulation.
  • Maintenance of Ethics Hotline SharePoint site.
  • Support system searches per request of investigators, eDiscovery and/or litigation teams.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the Ethics Hotline suite of formal documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the Investigation Oversight Committee (IOC) meetings.
  • Provide input and analyze data in reports generated for the IOC, Ethics Hotline Committee (EHC), Corporate Compliance Committee (CCC), and Board Committees.
  • Provide recommendations regarding communications with key members of the Corporate Compliance Team and the Investigation Oversight Committees to ensure effective management of the EH system, initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations related to data analysis on trending issues within different divisions, groups, geographic regions and other criteria.
  • Monitor industry benchmarking reports.

Education - Diploma required, Undergraduate degree preferred.  

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recommended 5-7 years’ experience (non-degreed) or 2-4 (degreed).
  • Possesses and practically applies broad and advanced knowledge skills/abilities and understanding of disciplines within business application.
  • Demonstrates ability to anticipate impact and take initiative beyond direct responsibilities.  
  • Demonstrates professional demeanor and is perceived as highly competent with emerging leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High volume or complex work is completed in a timely and thorough manner with minimal rework.
  • Developed ability to show discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Highly organized and very detail oriented.
  • Makes recommendations with moderate financial impact.
  • Data analytics experience preferred.
