What you will do

Performs activities associated with selling, ordering, and overall support of a sales area, dealing with specialized merchandise and market dinamic that requires knowledge of a unique and/or specialized nature.

1. Support Sales team

•            Supports team of salespeople, including Account Managers and Business Development Manager; Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines; Assist, support and coordinate sales personnel in performing daily sales activities; Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

2. Sales processes and Reports

•            Maintain customer databases; Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results; Compile and track sales data. Prepare and handle sales annual budgets; provide pricing and delivery information; keep records of customer interactions and transactions

3. Customer Support

•            Provide customers relevant information about the products and services the company sells; Handle complaints, Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution; Provide pricing and delivery information

4. Corporate Relationship

•            Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in Hospitals and HMOs; Prepare and handle sales annual budgets

5. Compliance

•            Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Act (FCPA), and in accordance with the highest ethical standars.

What you will need

  • Technical or University degree required with preference in Healthcare areas.
  • Previous experiences assisting in surgeries as technical assistant or sales representative in Hip product line.
