Job Description

  • Plan & implement personal sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal in selected strategic accounts of Surgical division.

    Support National Sales Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth and Instruments market development in Poland.

    Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.

    Establish, develop and maintain close business relationships with customers to explore new business opportunities.

    Demonstrate products to customers and provide assistance to their needs.

    Plan and execute relevant training, workshops, symphosia, conferences, etc for the Surgical division customers.

    Education
    •High, natural sciences, medical or technical will be a advantage
    •Degree holder in relevant field.
    •Fluent in both written & spoken English


    Experience
    •Minimum 5 years of sales experience, within a Multinational Company preferably in the medical field.
    •Proven track record of successful sales and product development, knowledge of sales and promotion techniques.
    •Op. Room products knowledge will be additional advantage.

    •High achiever, and results orientation. 
    •High level of accountability. 
    •Key Customer and complex account management skill’s.
    •Ability to pull things through from plan to action, high factor of creativity.

    •Ensure mobility within the assigned territory – open on travels all over the country.
