Job Description

Your key responsibilities

  • Driving growth in the territory through active constant customer engagement.
  • Customer selection, targeted sales approach.
  • Plan and execute on a quarterly and annual business plan, this will be showing management of existing revenue streams and customers, and driving acquisition across the territory generating growth.
  • Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Ensuring products are sold and revenue gains are established within the limits of in-house guidelines,
  • Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with National Sales Manager and Product Manager to ensure this is within the desired company bands.
  • Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners and managers in their territory.
  • In-theatre support where required.
  • Support in-person customer experience of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows and educational labs.
  • Remains current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.
  • Acts in a consultancy capacity with other Stryker departments.

What are we looking for

  • Professional training in a medical, scientific or technical career or degree in sciences, economics, marketing or similar.
  • Sales or marketing experiences are essential. Previous experience in the Medical Device Business is considered a plus.
  • Passionate sales person with a strong motivation for the medical environment.
  • Strong communicator with good relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and good in English.

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
