Job Description

The Sales Information Analyst will support Stryker's Orthopaedic salesforce who provide Trauma and Joint Replacement products that ensure that we make healthcare better. You will support over 1500 salespeople, 30 branches and top leaders. You will analyze field sales trends, field orders and related sales issues, including individual and branch/agency results as requested by field management and as required by Finance and Senior Leadership. You are the information hub to pull data out of the system and turn it into useful information for the team. You will have a blend of routine report review, as well as ad hoc analysis. This highly visible position is key to our success.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and provide Senior Sales Management with all required and requested sales reporting.
  • Compile, audit and administer monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Reports that measure key performance indicators of the sales force.
  • Create ad hoc Sales Reports relating to hospital, surgeon and field usage.
  • Create executive sales presentations for monthly review by Senior Sales Management.
  • Administer and maintain market share information using internal- and vendor-generated databases.
  • Maintain customer loyalty database and work with IT department to ensure data accuracy and accommodate user access requests.
  • Determine recipients of annual sales awards based upon established criteria; maintain previous winner database.
  • Track field sales changes monthly and ensure data is current in all reports.
  • Calculate monthly field sales performance and facilitate Senior Sales Management recognition tools.
  • Audit current processes and continually strive to improve accuracy and ease of use.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other related field of study
  • Prefer 2+ years experience in sales reporting and analysis
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Demonstrated detail orientation
  • Demonstrated verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
