About the Sales Associate Program:

Here is an opportunity for you to join Stryker and work in the exciting, fast paced, Medical Devices market that is Endoscopy.

Our Sales Associate Program is world-class. Over a period of 18 months you will work together with a team of experienced sales personnel who will develop you into a sales champion. You will be mentored, supported and coached under the guidance of the Regional Manager, who you will in turn support in order to drive business across the Stryker Endoscopy portfolio. Following a successful 18 month period in this role you will positioned to be able to take up a role as a fully established Sales Representative within the exciting Stryker Endoscopy division.

What we expect from you:

We are looking for a Sales Associate to work in the Central area of the UK from Manchester to Cambridge, and join our UK Central Endoscopy sales team.

Working closely with some very experienced sales people, you will develop and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the Sales Representatives to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and at all times display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

  • Detect opportunities in the Endoscopy market
  • Develop the Brand Awareness in Regional Accounts
  • Contact and secure new business accounts/customers
  • Detect opportunities in the Endoscopy market

Our essential requirements for our Sales Associates are:

  • B.A. or B.S degree (or equivalent).
  • Language:English (fluent).
  • Mobile/flexible. Although the role is based in the Central region of England following a successful 18 months a Sales Representative role may become available anywhere in the UK.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • An individual who takes ‘ownership’
  • A valid drivers’ license
  • Desire to have a career in sales.
  • Able to demonstrate your intense drive and desire to succeed and win.
  • Aligned to our Values –Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
  • Team player

Highly desirable

  • Internship experience.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Sporting / competitive background.
  • Leadership position within a team, group or community.
