Criteria • This role interacts with executives, customers, suppliers, etc. so it will be important to have someone that is polished and professional. • Ability to solve problems independently and quickly. • Ability to communicate well with customers, sales force, supervisor, and co-workers in both written and verbal communication. • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills. • Service orientation. • Reading, writing, and math skills.• Business professional attire Responsibilities • Book customer orders in Oracle that sent in to our Salesforce.com software • Resolve customer inquiries that are faxed or emailed in • Cross train on customer service phone queue to be able to support as needed and for development opportunities for future roles within Customer Care. • Assist with various projects and will be measured on the following: • Call quality on the phone with customers • Response times to customers • Dependability • Order accuracy
