Job Description

What you will do

1. Sales

  • Meeting the sales expectations/quotas established by Business Development Manager

2.  Strategy

  • Carry out the sales strategies established by Business Development Manager
  • Represents Stryker as a leader in the industry and marketplace by working and developing strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

3. Quality

  • Evaluate and monitor the quality of services/products offered to the customers

4. Information

  • Will act as the resource chanel of the customers in the area of product knowledge

5. Compliance

  • Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker Code of Conduct,and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

What you need

• Demonstrated successful sales experience (in medical device or medical industry preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering

• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.

  • Languages: English (preferably)
  • Ability to work as a team contributor
  •  Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships, preferably with surgeons.
  • Must be comfortable in emergency / operating room environments.
