Job Description

As a member of the Finance One team, the Record to Report Process Optimization Manager will work with a global cross functional team to:

Lead Blackline intercompany Hub project implementation

  • Collaborate with project team to formalize new Intercompany process flows and control points
  • Actively participate on testing and validation between data transferred to the Hub from various ERP system
  • Report progresses and present results to project FIT Steerco
  • Identify opportunities to establish thresholds in order to reduce number of intercompany transactions
  • Analyze, propose and drive other process standardization initiatives around intercompany processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and issue new Intercompany Finance Policy


Actively participate to work migration activities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for Knowledge Capture (KC) phase
  • Plan workshop, onsite visits and coordinate with PMO to define tactical workplan to deliver KC tollgate
  • Deliver process harmonization for non-standard processes identified during KC


Partner with Record to Report and Process Excellence team in Costa Rica to establish key metrics for R2R

Develop improvement projects / ideas for processes linked to Record to Report

Partner within R2R Finance One team and broader Finance One team on other transformational initiatives as deem necessary

Education & special trainings:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting, business or finance required
  • CPA / MBA preferred
     

Qualifications & experience:

  • 6-9 years of relevant working experience in international company (preferably American or Multinational company)
  • Previous experience in Accounting and Reporting is required
  • Fluency in English required
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table etc.) 
  • Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • ERP technology experience an advantage
  • Blackline software expertise an advantage

Physical & mental requirements:

Ability to travel internationally for business meetings, workshops and leadership meetings, as needed

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 30%
