We are currently seeking Project Manager, Master Data Governance to join our Spine Division to be based in either Allendale, NJ or Leesburg, VA.

What you will do

As the Project Manager, Master Data Governance you will to lead and participate in local or corporate projects that impact the master data governance processes, procedures, and systems.

  • Responsible for helping to identify and develop solutions for trends in data management regarding Labeling/UDI data for medical devices.
  • Participate in or lead planning for projects requiring data management systems and use or modification of product master, labeling, or UDI data.
  • Manage or assist investigations related to data quality or transactional issues and implement corrective/preventive action as needed.
  • Responsible for assembling a project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the project plan in order to align the stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes to facilitate customer acceptance.
  • Perform data collection and analysis activities to monitor and improve product master data integrity through local and corporate initiated projects.
  • Support on-going daily Product Master Data maintenance, Labeling activities, and UDI initiatives.
  • Support the Stryker Spine organization to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and corporate policies. 

What you need

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; emphasis in management or related discipline preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge regarding medical device labeling/UDI requirements preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of regulatory requirements, including ISO, FDA, and International requirements preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple project workloads.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, Windows, HTML, PLM Systems (e.g. MasterControl/WindChill, etc.), ERP (e.g. JDE, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
