What you will do

 

Sell innovative, life-changing products and help improve healthcare. You will be responsible for our Sports Medicine product portfolio, covering Finland.

 

As a Product Sales Specialist at Stryker, you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Sports Medicine products. Whether it’s in the operating theatre or the office, trade shows or clinical meetings, you’ll conduct such inspiring product demonstrations, doctors and hospital staff can’t help but say “yes” to your sales pitches. You’re not just there at the beginning though…you’re there for the long run and your customers know they can count on you for 24-hour support. Using your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems, you’re always available to educate doctors, nurses and other staff how to properly use and maintain these life-changing products.

Your key responsibilities

  • Sell innovative, life-changing communications focused products within the operating theatre and clinical environment to help improving healthcare with your performance.
  • Place the customer at the heart of everything you do, focus on customer needs and relationship building in order to provide value to our customers.
  • Together with your network in Stryker you plan, execute and monitor all measures to improve our brand in the region and to create a stronger customer relationship.
  • Using your product knowledge and quick thinking, you’re always available to educate doctors, nurses and other staff how to properly use and maintain our life-changing products.
  • You’ll be managing tenders in your territory in collaboration with the team.
  • Excellent customer care for hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Identification of local KOLs, proposition of local action plans. Be the expert for your region on leads, market analysis and account planning.
  • Coordination of the distribution and logistics of products with the support of the related manager.

What are we looking for?

  • Education in sales, marketing, health care (nurse, physiotherapist), life sciences or engineering.
  • Experience in sales of medical devices/ capital equipment
  • Passionate and curious about our products and you are driven and motivated to add value to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills mandatory.
  • Relations with orthopaedic surgeons or general surgery in territory is clear advantage.
  • Full, valid EU driving license required
