Expected role:

  • Responsible for marketing activities in line with the strategic marketing plan for the assigned portfolio.
  • Developing the strategy and vision for the assigned portfolio and driving the brand and the business forward.  
  • Working towards developing new center of excellence sites for activities starting from national level widening it further to regional level developing good relations with Surgeons/Clinicians.
  • Liaison and networking with key stake holders internally and externally to strengthen marketing propositions.
  • Vendor Management for successful conduction of in-house Marketing activities .
  • Gather information about key marketing activities done by competitors, gather the Information about own products and competitors' products
  • Supporting Internal sales training initiatives on key products and applications.
  • Conference & event participation and smooth execution
  • Fields visits and customer interaction to identify gap and suggestive marketing strategies.
  • Be the champion of the assigned portfolio with in-depth product & procedural knowledge.
  • Drive customer profiling exercise partnering with sales team.
  • Develop, sustain and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders of assigned specialty.
  • Define the golden words to communicate unique selling points and competitive advantages.
  • Work closely with sales and key accounts for product demonstration and clinical selling.
  • Design creative marketing and promotional campaigns, creation of product brochures, leaflets, and other communication material as per brand guidelines.
  • Active partner for success of field staff, help shorten the sales conversion cycle and create platforms to share success stories and best practices amongst team members. 
  • Execution of marketing programs & customer engagement activities and working closely with support teams & vendors for successful execution.
  • Develop and implement feedback channels to ensure franchises are following marketing plans.
  • Support lead management initiatives for field staff, periodically compare leads and market mapping to identify untapped potential.
  • Content development and structuring of digital content repository for online references.

Education:

  • Graduate in Science/Pharmacy.
  • Post Graduate Degree in Management, with a specialization in Marketing from top B Schools.
  • A total experience of 5-7 years in marketing role.
