Job Description

Individual Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day management of the Pricing email inbox
  • Analyze contract award against final proposal pricing and seek appropriate approvals, if necessary
  • Complete timely entry of pricing commitments in ERP system
  • Complete customer data validation requests
  • Administration of rebates, including coordination of payment approvals, payment issuance, and completing reporting requirements including Finance Checklist compliance
  • Investigate and analyze rebate queries received from customers
  • Work collaboratively with FORMA AI to ensure rebate deliverables and timelines met
  • Communicate rebate payment information as needed to sales leadership, key account managers, sales representatives and customers
  • Investigate and complete daily pricing discrepancies and customer experience form (customer complaints
  • Work closely with finance to ensure proper financial entries and that rebate reconciliations between FORMA AI and ERP are accurate
  • Ensure pricing discrepancies are resolved for month end
  • Investigate and resolve customer, customer service and sales pricing inquires

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc requests (sales reports, pricing)
  • Maintain a good understanding of procurement at the hospital, regional, provincial and national buying group levels to ensure alignment with customer and government-imposed terms and conditions
  • Monitor contract or pricing agreement expiry and proactively consult with sales leadership regarding extensions
  • Complete monthly/quarterly/annual customer sales reports
  • Other Duties as assigned by Manager

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Advanced Data Manipulation skills (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI)
  • Healthcare sector experience an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of management and maintaining relationships with divisional personnel
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to handles multiple priorities and manage projects to timely conclusion
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to shift priorities on an ad hoc basis Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving

Education & Qualifications

  • University degree preferred, preferably in Business/Finance
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
