Job Description



Sales

  • Manage & implement local sales tactics & execution per year in line with county objectives.
    • Management of third party sales - agents to achieve sales targets
    • Management of direct go to market plans
    • Management of price strategy to ensure Recon healthy margin
    • Possible requirement to cover surgical cases when needed.
    • Ability to create and drive sales of Recon in Stryker direct accounts
    • Ability to provide accurate and consistently forecast
  • Create & maintain relationships with key hospital stake holders including but not limited to:
    • Chief Executives
    • Procurement
    • KOL’s
    • Nursing
  • Maintain appropriate levels of company quality service
    • Corporate policy, legislation and quality compliance to meet national and international standards.
    • Appropriate risk and asset management across all areas of responsibility
    • Employee engagement scores (Q12)
  • Implement local marketing tactics & execution per year in line with county objectives.
    • Work with Market Development Manager on product launches,
    • Manage obsolescence and recalls partnering with RAQA.
    • Work with Market development Manager for management of Recon portfolio to ensure proper product registration & Instrument CER
    • Management of HCP interactions ensuring compliance is adhered.
    • Work with Market Development Manager to execute the yearly Needs assessment.
    • Effectively coordinate the execution of the marketing activities as plan and within the budget
  • Training & Education: Sales Staff
    • Create & implement local rep training plans and align with regional training plans
    • Ensure that dealer reps are trained alongside Stryker staff
    • Ensure that training records are kept & logged within the QMS
  • Professional Education: Surgical Staff
    • Manage annual needs assessment
    • Create local LSO training opportunities for junior surgeons
    • Partner with INT training team & ASEAN colleagues on creating LSO training opportunities outside the region
  • Create & maintain market factbook broken down by hip, knee and bone cement
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure stock level forecasting is in line with proposed marketing plans e.g. product launches, deletions etc.


Leadership & People Management:

  • Create & implement management & development plans for all direct reports
  • Quarterly progress reviews
  • Annual PDP & MYR planning process
