What you will do

Connected Care’s mission is to create a connected ecosystem that will leverage data to enhance Stryker’s position as a trusted partner in our customer’s success.  We are focused on harvesting data from a growing population of connected products, turning that data into information and sharing that back with our customers in a meaningful way.  As a Marketing Specialist on the Connected Care team, you will be focused on supporting digital products in collaboration with our business unit partners.  

Some of the activities you would support:

Defining strategies to position digital products like Smart Equipment Management alongside the capital and service products that it supports

Create and maintain collateral material  for supported products

Create sales enablement tools and training materials for our sales professionals 

Periodically provide product overview training to internal and external customers 

Define meaningful metrics to monitor customer adoption of supported products as well as new strategies to build customer loyalty

Focus on user behaviors of supported products to identify new features and capabilities that would be meaningful to our customers 

Attend and support industry trade shows to promote products

What you need

2+ years in a marketing position with a high understanding of downstream marketing competencies working with sales professionals

Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University

Ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external customers

Have a passion for technology, software and digital products

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
