What you will do

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will have a seat at the table with key communications stakeholders tasked with translating Stryker’s vision into content and deliverables that will make healthcare better. You will be empowered to create a pathway of success by managing a workgroup within a robust and highly driven MarCom team, as you lead the execution of a strategic communications plan that aligns with business objectives, growth in sales and preservation of Stryker’s unique company culture. Tracking performance metrics of your direct reports while supporting their ongoing development, you will work to build an engaged, passionate and highly productive team while serving as an important enabler of our brand. What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related specialty
  • 7+ years of experience in MarCom, marketing or related field
  • Proven expertise in campaign and message development, with measurable results
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) in all forms of media, including digital, print, social, PR, and internal
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office required
  • Working knowledge of project management software (SmartSheet) and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
