Job Description

Main objective / purpose of the role:

  • Develop marketing strategy for responsible franchise to provide best quality marketing and technical support for counterpart sales team to achieve short/long-term sustainable growth
  • Build and conduct promotional action plan,schedule timeline and execute to achieve responsible sales revenue

Critical success factors / key deliverables:

  • Develop marketing strategies including new product launch, big picture marketing, annual marketing and 5 yrs. Marketing strategy
  • Lead new product launch including sales/dealer training, STP, pricing, customer survey and develop /monitor KPI.
  • Responsible to check/consolidate materials and administer/update marketing databases.
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals according to the Stryker DNP SOP guidelines
  • Equipment and Instruments Management (Budget Allocation, CER, Acquisition & Deletion Plan)
  • Build market intelligence with the keen analysis of internal & external business, share it with Sales teams, and reflect the implication through planning
  • Manage KOL & dealers with effective communication and interaction
  • Set up the training plans for internal & external customers and share with MKT & Sales.
  • Initial compliance review regarding MKT & sales activities and provide needs assessment for HCP related activities according to the internal guideline & KMDIA recommendation.

Knowledge / Skills / Attributes

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
  • Min. 5 years related experience or equivalent. (Healthcare or medical industry experience is preferred)
  • Fluent communication skills in both English & Korean
  • Proficient on Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
