Our surgical sets contain the implants and the tools and equipment the medical professionals need to successfully complete the surgery and improve patient's quality of life. 

Summary:  Under direct supervision the Inventory Control Technician (Inventory Clerk) pulls inventory for orders and restocks inventory into stock.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00pm to 9:00pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Practices good GDocP and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Picks various work order types using a barcode scanner
  • Moves inventory to pickable stock locations
  • Performs product inspections
  • Performs basic JD Edwards functions:
    • Summary availability searches
    • Inventory Transfers
  • Participates in periodic inventory cycle counts
  • Utilizes Compliance Wire and Mastercontrol
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: 

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communications skills are essential
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate a good understanding of company products, ability to be organized, detailed, process and goal oriented, a self-started and able to work independently, but also as a team player is necessary.

Education/Experience: 

  • Must possess a high school diploma; and 1 to 3 year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability: 

  • Ability to read, write and understand detailed worked instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes.

Math Ability: 

  • Ability to calculate and apply concepts of basic math.

Reasoning Ability: 

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Must be detail oriented.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, hand or feel.  The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.  The vision requirements include: close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.  This position may require operating in a clean room environment.  Work is normally perform in a typical light manufacturing environment
