What you will do

Sales Order Management

  • Order placement and data entry
  • Order data and metric management
  • Order triage
  • Order fulfillment

Inventory and warehouse management

  • Picking and packing oversight
  • Shipping and delivery management
  • Carrier control
  • Customer order tracking
  • Returns of product RMA (return merchandise authorization)

Logistics Management:

  • Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Material management
  • Dangerous goods and Hazmat Delivery Management
  • Shipments for Intercompany and intracompany Manual shippers.
  • Transportation Management and Global Trade Systems management
  • Transportation Management System of order booking and in transit
  • Manual proforma generation
  • End user proforma generation and management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in clerical/administrative work in a manufacturing, supply chain or customer service environment.

Or:

  • 3-5 years of experience in clerical/administrative work in a manufacturing, supply chain or customer service environment, combined with an associate’s degree in business management, bookkeeping, or a related discipline from a regionally accredited academic institution.

Or:

  • 1-2 years of experience in clerical/administrative work in a manufacturing, supply chain or customer service environment, combined with a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Successful candidates must have good communication and computer skills, a customer service orientation, self-motivated, very organized, enthusiastic, detail oriented, resourceful, willing and able to work long hours (including overtime as required), and possess a sense of urgency.
  • Similar work experience related to the described specific functions above is a plus.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Coordination of eye, hand, and/or foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention ability.
  • Requires the use of various safety equipment including safety glasses, and adherence to good housekeeping, quality standards, and safety policies.
  • Must satisfactorily meet requirements of an ongoing training program.
  • Requires use of safety glasses in designated areas.
  • Closed-toe shoes must be worn on the production floor; safety shoes are recommended.
  • SAP Experience Preferred.

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
