What You Will Do

Strategic Development:

  • Develops segment appropriate marketing communication plan that are on strategy [product/portfolio/brand], ensuring the communications vehicles and messages are adapted to each target segment, consistent with product/company branding and positioning;
  • Develops financial and demand forecasts taking into account business requirements, market environment, and business priorities;
  • Responsible for providing validated information, on product pricing and correct business models, and support financial objectives, as well as, meeting business objectives within the defined budget, this will include identifying new product for optimizing product portfolio, launching new products managing product lifecycles, forecasting, pricing strategies and guidelines, etc;
  • Update the information required for new sanitary registers according to the launch timeline, including the product defined to be renewed;
  • Develop local advertising and support materials for sales and promotion;
  • Organize event participation and coordinate the attendance of them aligned to needs assessment local and regional;
  • Accountable for New Product Introduction strategy and implementation;
  • Generate data for business analysis (Chanel, Customer, Sales Rep, Area, Product Line ) using external and internal info;
  • Maintain updated customer mapping according to sales and market opportunities .. Where to play and how to win.

Channel Administration Management:

  • Develop a stable and clear relationship with the key people of the distributor including business reviews for indirect channels;
  • Hold regular formal meetings with the distributor and make sure these are documented;
  • Define and monitor the management indicators of the distributor and/or work team to identify opportunities and generate action plans;
  • Accompany the promotional visit of the distributor’s sales force in order to ensure the alignment of the promotional message and the management of the territory;
  • Plan and coordinate with the distributor all the activities of continuing medical education aligned with the sales strategy;
  • Together with the channels, manage sales planning (forecast);
  • Ensure the implementation of the company’s strategies;
  • Ensure delivery of the customers’ purchase orders in accordance with the company’s policies;
  • Compliance;
  • Ensure the understanding and application of the company’s policies;
  • Conduct all business and affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Stryker Code of Business Conduct, with the highest ethical principles.

Quality and Regulatory:

  • Report in writing all complaints and claims received from customers for any products or services
  • Attends in due course all quality and regulatory statements


  • Generate timely reports as required by the sales management;
  • Report his /her travel or representation expenses no later than within 30 days;
  • Make use of the work tools according to the policies and guidelines of the company;
  • Technical Service.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor Degree in administrative or health careers;
  • CRM management;
  • Knowledge in the health system of your country or region in charge;
  • Good handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the marketing of Healhtcare/Medical Device company;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading commercial teams.

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 40%
