Job Description

Summary:  Ensures complete fulfillment of all replenishment orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of Stryker’s loaner operations

  • Unloads daily shipment of incoming surgical sets and does the precautionary cleaning of incoming sets
  • Verifies kind and count of replenishments prior to shipping
  • Processes and stages outgoing replenishments
  • Performs the last check of replenishments and surgical sets prior to final boxing for shipment
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • The shift for this role will be Monday - Friday, 12pm - 9pm

Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, and is team and goal oriented.

Must possess a high school diploma; 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, write and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing


Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic math.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to follow detailed work instructions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid

conclusions. Must be detail oriented.

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel and Access) preferred, Knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle, JD Edwards) preferred

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to use hands

to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.

The vision requirements include: close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust

focus. This position may require operating in a clean room environment. Work is

normally performed in a typical light manufacturing environment.
