Principal Responsibilities: Position may perform any or all of the following tasks as assigned.

  • Grow service-related revenue in the region to attain monthly and annual forecasts and goals.
  • Drive and sustain employee engagement through developing, coaching and leading while upholding standards and company policy.
  • Legal compliance including ISO standards and FDA compliance.
  • Drive and report field service metrics to defined goals.
  • Provide accurate and on-time monthly revenue forecasts to business.
  • Actively seek to identify, qualify and recruit talented candidates. Partner with HR partners to effectively screen and attract the most qualified candidates.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction through problem solving, consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
  • Promptly deal with customer complaints through the proper documentation channels.
  • Supervise the completion of field upgrades, field actions and all required training modules in a timely manner.
  • Manage financial responsibility and budgetary accountability of the field service region.
  • Expected to provide helpful insights and best practices to peers and divisional counterparts.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for respective field service region, up to twenty individuals.
  • Responsible for timely reporting of service data to include timesheets, forecasts, repair work orders and monthly updates for the region.
  • Responsible for all day-to-day operations that pertain to the respective field service region.
  • Responsible for performance managing non-performers or non-congruent employees.

Non-critical activities/functions:

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Measured Areas of Responsibility:

  • Performance vs. objectives set forth annually.
  • Legal compliance including ISO/FDA standards.
  • Performance – Talent/Competency Assessment to include work style, influence, relationships, thought processes and leadership.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Three to five years either supervisory or management experience or field service or sales experience in the medical field.

Must possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.

Work From Home: Not available

Travel Percentage: 20%
