We are currently looking for a driven, motivated and personable Executive Assistant to support our Senior Sales Director and our Senior Director of Marketing, Clinical and PMO.

The Role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role supporting the Senior Sales Director and Senior Marketing Director in all their operational and strategic activities. You will enable them to optimise not only their own performance, but also that of their teams and broader business.

What You Will Do:

  • Extensive diary, expense, and travel management for the Senior Sales Director and Senior Marketing Director.
  • Coordinate and compile monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • General administrational support to both directors and their teams.
  • Represent Stryker when liaising with internal and external customers to organise conferences, meetings and large-scale events.
  • Organise local sales meetings and co-ordinate attendance at local training events.
  • Drive continuous improvement processes throughout the administrative functions

What You Need:

  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work and to meet strict deadlines
  • Highly developed computer application skills including Microsoft office products
  • Highly developed written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to show initiative and work within an environment of frequent interruptions and conflicting priorities
  • A proven ability to use own judgment to effectively manage workloads, prioritise tasks and clearly communicate when undertaking responsibilities and delivering services
  • Experience managing at least two high profile leadership members' diaries on a day to day basis
  • A minimum of 5 years EA or PA experience
