Job Description

Description: The Engineering Project Manager will interface inside the Engineering team for all engineering aspects on the production line. He/She will evaluate existing production processes and configuring new ones in order to improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement infrastructure, machinery, and production processes at the production line by defining and executing accurate process tests, protocols and reports. (IQ, OQ, PQ).
  • Lead and support development, improvement, and training of new and existing infrastructure, machinery, production processes, and product enhancements from requirements development to change order (ECR/ECO) according to design change process and best practices.
  • Evaluate, improve and document all manufacturing processes according to GMP (good manufacturing practice) standards.
  • Improve production capability and stability
  • Support maintaining reliable and safe manufacturing environment.
  • Work closely with the Quality and Production teams to review and approve operating, set up, and inspection instructions and verification documents.

  • Conduct verification and validation activities

External Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering and/or scientific orientation field
  • Working experience >5 years in the field of Medical Devices
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel both internally and externally
  • Proficient in Hebrew and English
