What you will do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will coordinate the delivery and support the design of advertising/marketing communications materials to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. You will coordinate and support the development of multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays). Reporting to the Associate Manager of Web Development, the Digital Marketing Specialist will use digital technology to find areas of opportunity and create new efficiencies within Marketing that lead to a positive customer experience across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and talented team player who possesses exceptional graphic design skills and the desire to use them to create engaging and persuasive content for social media, email, and websites.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Help set strategy and implement digital marketing campaigns.
  • Align the digital customer experience.
  • Create ROI through analytics and optimization.
  • Develop web analytics principles, tools and reporting on metrics/analytics at regular intervals and communicate to sales and marketing teams.
  • Test, measure and help refine interactive marketing efforts to measure success and generate long term value.
  • Identify market trends and recommend strategy changes to improve customer engagement.
  • Integrate marketing activities including leads, tradeshows, website activates, survey tools, marketing collateral and sales ROI calculators

What you need

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related field.
  • Expertise with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube; efficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software; design and layout best practices for the various forms of electronic media.
  • Experience with online advertising platforms, content management systems, and Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated graphic design and visual communication skills for electronic forms of media.
  • Digital program experience with Websites (such as SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing and Digital Advertising).
