Job Description

As an integral part of the Accelerate initiative, this role will be the primary conduit for Accelerate deployment activities between the core Global ERP Process and Technology teams and the Deployment Group business team. This role will involve detailed planning, coordination of simulation and deployment activities and support through hyper-care and transition to steady state.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deployment planning and execution of the Stryker Commercial ERP template for a Stryker Business Deployment Group.
  • Direct the overall deployment plan for a Deployment Group inclusive of the sites within the group.
  • Ensure impacted stakeholders are ready and participating in deployment planning and execution activities.
  • Lead the deployment group through planning, simulation, execution and hyper-care, in collaboration with the Deployment Competency Center.
  • Key connection to the Global ERP core Process, Solution, Technology and Deployment teams.
  • Subject matter expert on all deployment activities for the deployment group.
  • Coordinate communications with the Deployment Group and the Deployment Competency Center.
  • Partner with the Accelerate Business Readiness Leads to drive planning and execution activities for the Deployment Groups.
  • Partner for the Business Deployment Group Lead and Program Manager, keeping them informed and aligned to the program plans for deployment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or MBA preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15 + years overall experience.
  • Experience with large scale projects and programs involving technology and or new product roll outs (Salesforce, SAP experience desired).
  • Experience with developing and executing detailed project plans.
  • Ability to explain complex topics to business groups and teams.
  • Ability to understand complex integrated ERP solutions, process and technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all Stryker divisions and regions, has strong influence skills and is able to build consensus and drive change.
  • Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement a Global Template solution.
  • Versatility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
