The Role The Reverse Logistic Associate works in a fast paced environment that partners closely with other internal departments to provide optimum professional customer care. The primary responsibility of this position is to enhance, optimize, and increase efficiencies of incoming product and inventory.

Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

What You Will Do:

  • Frontline communication with sales consultants for on-time product returns
  • Follow up daily on any missing, delinquent or discrepant inventory  
  • Gain full understanding of entire order process cycle and assist in process improvements
  • Assist in research efforts for all transactions with CRM and Oracle system
  • Provide input to establish reporting needs to ensure accuracy of internal transactions through Oracle system
  • Assist in identifying metrics to monitor and measure inventory return performance
  • Interface with all internal operations teams to help develop efficient and cost effective returns processes
  • Interface with Supply Inventory Management team to ensure accuracy of inventory transactions in field branch locations both physically and virtually
  • Work closely with field cycle count team on product reconciliation
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the Customer Care team in daily functions

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred and 2-3 years related experience and/or training; Or must possess a minimum of a high school diploma and 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Exposure to products inventory and processes.  Medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in an ERP system required; JD Edwards preferred.  Experience with a CRM system preferred. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Good understanding of company products.
  • Organized, detailed, as well as process and goal oriented.
  • A self-starter and able to work independently, but also as a team player. 
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with and managing change. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible.
