What you will do

  • Maintain the corporate credit policy & recommend changes in the credit policy to Senior Management
  • Create a credit scoring model for Customers and provide inputs in Dealer Evaluation
  • Manage customer credit files
  • Monitor the credit granting and updating process
  • Personally visit the largest customers to establish relations & timely close of customer account reconciliations
  • Monitor periodic credit reviews
  • Monitor deductions being taken by customers
  • Complete control of customer ledger reconciliations & recoverable debts

What you need

  • 5+ years of credit experience in managing the credit operations & customer management in a reasonably large organization
  • Have a thorough knowledge of credit-related laws. Be willing to periodically travel to customer sites. Have considerable experience with customer negotiations.
  • Good verbal communicator and presenter – Good command over English
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Must be any C.A or MBA in Finance
