Job Description: The Stryker Performance Solutions (SPS) Consultant is responsible for leading clients through programs to deliver extraordinary patient experience, high quality and cost effective programs focusing on the use of proven delivery methods, performance management metrics/ benchmarks as well as evidenced based practice. 

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and act in an ethical and compliant manner at all times.
  • Viewed as an implementation team lead by client.
  • Viewed internally as team and departmental resource.
  • Independently delivers program offerings to a client.
  • Utilizes program standard operating procedures.
  • Leads the client successfully through the delivery of a program, commands the respect of the client's working team members, and communicates well with them. 
  • Exercises good judgement in involving other Stryker resources to assist with senior client personnel.
  • Expert in using Stryker’s Performance Solutions’ delivery methods/offerings as tools, and can separate matters regarding the use of the methodologies from the design and effectiveness of the methodologies.
  • Able to manage self and demonstrates willingness and ability to improve.
  • Works under general supervision and instruction of more experienced staff.  
  • Reports observations/ problems clearly and concisely and takes appropriate actions.
  • Articulates Stryker Performance Solutions’ value proposition in the marketplace and that of PS service offerings and capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Required; degree in Business, Nursing, Rehabilitation Services, or related preferred.
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience with consistently increasing scope and scale of responsibility over that timeframe.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft programs, including, but not limited to Project, Visio, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Self-starting, self-motivating mindset with the ability to work remotely and in fast paced environments.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, problem solving ability, and process improvement orientation.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal); ability to present and interact effectively both on-on-on and in groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on assigned projects while adhering to timeline.

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
