Job Description

As the Commercial Analyst you will be working in an exciting and fast paced environment with multiple customer (external and internal) deadlines to be managed at the same time.  You will support with the development of franchise specific and cross-franchise pricing models and commercial offerings. Support with contract compliance monitoring of commercial agreements for NHS and Private Groups

Responsible for managing pricing with focus on three core customer groups: Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The Analyst is responsible for aligning with franchise commercial teams to support many processes including pricing agreement negotiations, discount management, pricing maintenance, and frameworks pricing maintenance. Working with the franchise stakeholders and Key Account Manager for Private Groups, the Analyst will support all franchises with modelling of offerings for tenders and NHS framework tenders.  The Analyst will be responsible for delivering contract compliance reports and insights

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work with Commercial Services Manager, Franchise sales and marketing stakeholders, KAM Private Groups to develop franchise specific and cross-franchise pricing models for tenders and framework agreements.
  • Deliver reporting and insights for contract management and compliance of all commercial agreements with the NHS and Private Groups.
  • Support the Strategic Capabilities Director and the Finance division with the development of pricing and commercial proposition for Stryker Managed Services.
  • Support Commercial Services Team with management of pricing policies and pricing support process including accurate application of pricing on Stryker’s CRM system.
  • Develop / create new pricing and analytics tools to support the Commercial Services Manager and the function to deliver best-in-class services into the Stryker franchises.
  • Continuous improvement of Tender Management tools for single and multi-franchise offerings.
  • Provide analysis and insights related to sales channel performance, customer and market trends, and other internal and external factors that may impact Key Account performance.
  • Provide Analysis and Support for review of account specific pricing and for business review meetings

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a Sales / commercial support role
  • Experience in modelling pricing scenarios and commercial offerings for customers
  • Track record of business and customer analysis
  • Understanding of tenders and contract management processes (public and private) an advantage
  • Experience in using CRM management and systems
  • Time / Project management skills
  • Flexible in working towards short deadlines
  • Experience in healthcare and Med Tech desirable but not mandatory
  • Solid MS Office skills, in particular Excel
  • Team player and collaborative spirit
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial & analytical tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/Oracle preferred)
  • Flexibility and able to prioritise when under pressure
