Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Clinical Specialist to promote Stryker’s newly acquired low temperature sterilizer. This position is focused on educating and training new customers on the capabilities and function of the Sterizone VP4 sterilizer. The Clinical Specialist needs to be a talented and effective communicator that can quickly build rapport and relationships at new accounts. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for applying advanced Sterilization skills, knowledge, clinical and technical expertise to provide initial training to nurses, technicians and other customers on the proper use of the Stryker Sterizone VP4 system.
  • Provide expertise, education and support to new users to increase their knowledge and expertise on the Sterizone VP4.
  • Establishes and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Develops and implements customer education programs, materials and resources in the low temperature sterilization market.
  • Develop and deliver Continuing Education accredited programs.
  • Participates at meetings, shows and conventions as required to demonstrate and promote the Sterizone VP4.
  • Leads formal/in-formal product presentations
  • Support sales channel as required.
  • Support other activities related to marketing, business development and sales.
  • Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and the marketplace.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree preferred or years of equivalent, relevant clinical experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience required; direct clinical experience with a proven track record preferred.
  • Valid Clinical License (RN, Sterile Processing Technician, Scrub Tech, GI Nurse, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with sterile processing department and hospital staff.
  • Hands on experience with infection control, sterile processing or GI products.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and identify new opportunities.

Work From Home: Remote

Travel Percentage: 80%
