Job Description

Your main responsibilities on that position will be:

  • Maintaining direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale
  • Supporting sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s)
  • Working with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals
  • Working with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and providing reports to management
  • Focus of work may be in pre-sales or post-sales or both.
  • Pre-sales: Responding to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influencing production and shipping schedules; recommending price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognising new business opportunities.
  • Post-sales: Responding to customer inquiries (RMA, status, delivery, etc.); resolving production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems; determining validity of warranty claims and scheduling repair resources; changing production and shipping schedules; and recognizing add-on business opportunities.

Your profile/what we we look for:

  • This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise. You are expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • University degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience is required, as well.
  • Understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline are needed. 
  • Ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience are welcome.
