The Job’s Mission

Provides support to mainly the Finance department as well as to our Sales and Marketing organization including the Country Manager in sales force performance tracking, bonus realization calculation, bonus accruals, commission calculation and management, CRM initiatives within Turkish entities

Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Ensure the transparent, fair and effective attribution of Stryker Sales data to sales force individuals
  • Calculate entitlements and facilitate periodic pay-outs of sales force bonuses for both Ortho and MedSurg, utilizing realizations prepared from Stryker sales data
  • Preparing and distributing booklets to generate transparency
  • Monthly internal communication and reporting to sales forces and local management
  • Facilitate sales force bonus scheme, gather feedback, implement changes when necessary
  • Calculate exceptions aligning with CM, FM and other relevant stakeholders, maintain approvals and documentations
  • Evaluating customer incentives with financial, audit and legal perspectives while maintaining strong stakeholder management
  • Commission calculation and reconciliation with distributors aligning with Business Development Managers in the process
  • Actively taking part in all CRM initiatives to increase effectiveness of the sales force
  • Prepare sales force bonus accruals considering over-achievements closely aligning with Finance Manage
  • Support marketing team with respect to effectiveness of congress
  • Strive for continued process optimization, synergies and innovation
  • Support business processes and non-financial employee
  • The Employee shall also fulfil and act on oral and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of his/her immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, if necessitated by business requirements.


  • University degree - preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial/Management Engineering - MBA is a plus


  • 1-3 years of experience in a related position
  • Highly fluid usage experience of MS Office applications, ability to work on operation systems with business intelligence background and financial reporting systems
  • Native Turkish speaker with a strong command of English
  • International business environment experience is a must
