What you will do:

As the Blackline & Nakisa Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring that the maintenance of the processes held in Blackline/Nakisa is done in a timely and compliant manner. You will also ensure that changes on leasing contracts are reflected in the tool.

Your key Blackline responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages Blackline (reconciliation tool) for Europe and administrates system licenses
  • Manages Blackline mailbox – acts upon changes requested by Local Finance and accounting teams
  • Ensures that Blackline data is complete and accurate
  • Creates and maintains relevant process documentation
  • Develops reports out of Blackline and prepares KPIs
  • Participates in projects to support and consult from a Blackline and compliance perspective
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities
  • Manages control requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Follows up on completion deadlines regarding account reconciliations
  • Shares best practices across teams and locations
  • Works in close collaboration with Global Blackline Administrator

Your Nakisa responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages Nakisa (leasing tool)
  • Ensures that data is complete and accurate 
  • Creates and maintains relevant process documentation
  • Prepares the relevant SOX Controls – ensures completeness, accuracy and quality
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities
  • Works in close collaboration with accounting teams.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or related field
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the area of master data
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Blackline. Experience with Nakisa is an advantage.  
  • Familiar with database management, preferably Service Now
  • Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)
  • Fluency in English
  • High level of honesty, commitment and responsibility
