What you will do-

The Associate Logistics Manager is responsible for the selection, supervision, development, engagement and objective achievement for the distribution team consisting of analysts and clerical/technical staff. 


  • Managing and developing Logistics team
  • Working cross functionally with the customer service, sales, finance, quality, human resources, IT and operations team to achieve Stryker mission, vision and objectives
  • Ensuring high quality deliveries of finished goods and trials to Stryker’s end customer
  • Driving continuous improvement in internal and 3PL processes
  • Partnering with one or more 3PLs responsible for warehousing and distribution
  • Setting quality, cost and delivery service objectives
  • Managing a trial/demo fleet to support our sales force
  • Supporting new business opportunities
  • Updating and maintaining compliance to quality system procedures regarding Distribution
  • Maintaining compliance to Stryker Financial rules regarding inventory and revenue recognition management
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures (Stryker Quality System, FDA, FAA, OSHA, etc.) 
  • Planning and administering procedures and budgets for unit

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of related operations, distribution or technical experience required
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience highly preferred
  • Experience in the medical device industry highly preferred
  • Logistics/transportation/warehousing experience or knowledge

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
