Job Description

Achieve targets (described in annual Personal Budget) in orders received within the company pricing and discount policy

Develop and expand a strong customer basis for the Stryker product lines through:

  • Building strong and personal relationships with key surgeons, residents, OR and Purchasing staff
  • Delivering top service to win customers
  • Communication Stryker’s high quality and innovative products
  • Building Stryker’s level of service towards the customer or future customer, through:
  • Act as a reliable, thrust worthy, always reachable partner in business for every contact inside the hospital
  • User group instructions and training on product use and surgical technique
  • Update contact in hospitals on new developments
  • Follow up all communication between hospital staff and Stryker staff
  • Frequent business evaluation contacts
  • Give technical advice in the OR

Set up, execute and continuously update Territory Management Plan for:

  • New customer targeting and prospecting (Account Development Plan)
  • Demonstrations/ workshops
  • Support to new customers
  • Follow up / service actions
  • Closing projects / orders
  • Good appointment planning.
  • Responsible for the consignments in the territory
  • Miscellaneous actions:
  • Active participation in all business meetings, sales meeting, regional sales meetings, product training, etc.
  • Active participation during exhibitions, seminars, congresses, symposia, etc.
  • Initiate all necessary actions to improve his/her and Stryker’s performance by initiating education and training and invest in literature studies.
  • Continuous focus on cost management
  • 5.  Support other sales team members during acquisition actions of other Stryker products to increase synergy within the sales force.
