The role

  • Territory Manager within our Endoscopy business in South Italy: South of Campania, Puglia and Basilicata.
  • Own your territory for our Visualization products (capital equipment) and become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise to channel partners or healtcare professionals.
  • You have different opportunities to grow within our strongly growing businesses.

Your key responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education.
  • Supervise, manage and educate Indirect Sales Channels like distributers and sales agents to maximize our business.
  • Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products, and provide technical expertise to nurses and other healthcare personnel as required.
  • Conduct trainings together with Product Manager and Business Development Manager where necessary to internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts and Key Opinion Leaders to maximise business opportunities.
  • Provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Director, Business Development and Product Manager in terms of strategy planning, product launches and other business decisions to increase customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Be responsible of the tenders for your territory for Visualization products.
  • Conduct price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion.

The successful candidate will have

  • A previous track record of exceptional performance ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sales industry or strong experiences from other challenging Sales businesses.
  • Knowledge of the medical / hospital markets that will be complemented by your communication, negotiation and influencing skills, your commitment to quality and your passion for exceeding your customer's expectations.
  • A drive to succeed combined with your love of the 'thrill of the chase'.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
