What You Will Do

Sales

  • Comply with expectations/sales quotas in the assigned territory and line;
  • Tracking Distributor fees.

Compliance

  • Perform all business and affairs in accordance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Stryker Code of Conduct and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

Strategy

  • Carry out the sales strategies established by the sales manager;
  • Maintain or increase Stryker's participation in the line of specific products or increase the negotiation of corporate distributors of our product portfolio.

Quality

  • Evaluate and monitor the quality of services/products that Distributors offer to their customers.

Information

  • It will act like the customer resource channel in the area of ​​product knowledge;
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the multiple stakeholders of the company, such as Operations, Regulation, Quality, and Compliance;
  • It has a clear status on inventory, rotation, and channeling of each client.

What You Will Need

  • Completed bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience in sales’ area;
  • Knowledge in the health system of your country or region in charge;
  • Knowledge in sales of product as orthopedic and/or trauma;
  • Good handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
  • Advances English is required;
  • Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in the sales of orthopedic equipment and/or trauma.

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 40%
