What you will do

People Management

  • Attract, hire and retain world-class engineers by providing career growth, coaching, and high impact projects taking intelligent risks to improve the way work is done. Develop a growth- mindset oriented team.
  • Setting up team’s KRAs and identifying the training needs based on Individual Development plan.
  • Drive all technical aspects of the development including technical requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration. Oversee detailed designs, implementation, and test plan reviews to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Work as point of contact for all people related aspects with the stakeholders and review meetings with the team to monitor progress of projects and provide guidance, develop contingent plans, and arrange resources as needed.
  • Understand and communicate complex technical, logical, or process issues in a timely, concise, and objective manner for effective risk management
  • Develop an environment to focus on customer needs, and an organization that has advanced understanding of external and internal customers to effectively improve design quality of products and services.
  • Develop an open culture to instill confidence, diversity of perspectives and knowledge sharing.
  • Help in the creation of technology and talent roadmap and drive strategies for end-to-end delivery.

What you need

People Management

  • 7+ years directly managing and developing high-performing engineering teams over 10 people.
  • Prior experience of working and collaborating with globally distributed cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence, motivate and lead in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


  • Practical experience architecting IoT based ecosystems comprising of physical devices, cloud & mobile based applications as well as analytics built on top of Big Data.
  • Practical knowledge of Healthcare Image Exchange protocols/standards including DICOM, HL7, FHIR
  • Practical knowledge of security concepts and standards including NIST800-53 and their applications
  • Knowledge of computer systems architecture as well as communication protocols including FTP, TCP/IP
  • Experience gathering and writing detailed requirements/specifications and collaboratively creating software design and architecture with highly technical engineers
  • Experience in developing and executing technical strategies and technology roadmaps
  • Experience working with agile teams
  • Creative bent of mind demonstrated by being an inventor in one or more patents or pending patents

Good to have:

  • Understanding of Medical Device Domain
  • Relevant Leadership Trainings and Certifications


  • B. Tech / B.E / M.C.A / M. Tech / MS/ PhD – Computer Science, Computer Engineering Software Engineering, Electronics, Electrical


  • Experience: 13-16 years
